This is a red 74mm Victorinox Money Clip with smooth alox scales.
As you can see the scissors have the adjustable screw pivot. Victorinox stopped using those in 1991 (they use rivets since then), so this knife is at least 25 years old!
On the back of the knife is a money clip.

This is a red 91mm Victorinox Outdoorsman with Marlboro logo. These were made for the Marlboro cigarette company and were available through their Marlboro Unlimited catalog.
Because the Marlboro logo is on the front, the Victorinox shield moved to the backside.

This is a red 65mm Victorinox Delemont Esquire. This model was initially made by Wenger (it has the Wenger style scissors) but after Victorinox took over Wenger they continued some of the original Wenger knives as the “Delemont series”. 65mm isn’t a common size for Victorinox knives.
